Platonic Physical Contact: Go for it. She will be uncomfortable if she doesn't know the person, but hey, when is Yukari allowed to have nice things.
Romantic/Sexual Physical Contact: This might take some time before she won't slap the hell out of someone for trying, but go for it.
Violent Physical Contact: On the level of like fighting game shenanigans, sure. Not Mortal Kombat fighting game, you know what I mean.
Mindreading: Beware Of Isis. Not that Isis will do anything, just that she's there.
IC Personal Boundaries/Warnings: She's still got kind of A Thing about being too close to people. It's not severe, but she might seem like she's still a little emotionally closed off to the idea, because she is. It's possible to overcome with some work, and guys tend to get the short end of her 'you're only doing this to get in my pants' angry stick more often than girls (until she figures out intent, and then everyone gets it equally), but it's possible.
OOC Personal Boundaries/Warnings: She has a mean slap, y'all.

( CHARACTER INFORMATION )
Name/Work Name: Yukari Takeba / Hane
Canon: Persona 3/Persona 4 Arena Ultimax
Canon Point: End of Persona 4 Arena Ultimax's P3 Side story mode - right about the time Elizabeth teleports everyone off the giant tower and into the TV World.
AU/CRAU: Nope, OU
Age: 19
History: http://megamitensei.wikia.com/wiki/Yukari_Takeba All sections under Persona 3, Persona 3 FES: The Answer, and Persona 4 Arena Ultimax are considered canon, however, Persona Q is a separate thing she has no memories of happening, and the P3P female route is similarly considered noncanon with her.
Personality: Yukari has a pretty strong personality; something that hasn't changed from Persona 3 into her most current iteration, is that she tends to stand out, and it's not just because she wears pink all the time. Her sharp tongue, short temper, and quick reactions to pretty much everything are universal and not something she's ever 'grown out' of, and they tend to at least make her stand out from the crowd, and give her a reputation for having mood swings. The other thing that she never really, truly lost was her deeper kindness and compassion. Yukari has always been the kind of person others are drawn to, and it's usually because she's smiling, and always seems to be willing to help out anyone that needs it - as long as they're not being perverted about it, of course. Even with all the things she's gone through in the past, her demeanor is typically upbeat and cheerful, but she is very easily serious when she needs to be. She speaks pretty casually, is fairly smart and does well in school, and of course is really popular, especially among the male population. She is a little girly and likes painting her nails, and going shopping, and dressing in pretty outfits (in fact, she likes dressing in pretty outfits a lot more than she lets on), and is a little vain and selfish.
Her moniker in Persona 4 Arena Ultimax is surprisingly apt: The Unsightly Pink Sniper. The 'Unsightly' part is mostly debatable, given she is a model, though the pink might be a little much, but the 'sniper' part is certainly accurate. Not just for her skill with a bow, but because she is very quick to shoot people down that try to hit on her or are otherwise acting what she deems 'stupidly'. If that shooting down is not with a quick word, she'll sometimes do it with a cold, precise silence.
For better or worse, she also has a very strong will, and when she sets her mind to something, she does not relent easily until she has what she wants out of it. Usually this comes in the form of answers, such as her dogged search for the truth regarding her father's death, or under less serious circumstances like the time she challenged the protag and Junpei to scour the school to quell a rumor that there was a ghost attacking students, but it can extend to other things. She did briefly become an antagonist after she decided, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that she wanted to see the Protagonist and save him from his fate, after all.
For all that comes across in her first impression, Yukari has a lot of other facets that linger beneath the surface. During the course of Persona 3 and also The Answer, she settled a lot of her more tumultuous aspects. She had previously been a very lonely person, with her main confidant being her cell phone charm that she got from her father. After she developed a strong friendship with the protagonist, and later Mitsuru, she learned how to open up a little better to other people, and not be quite so worried they might end up out of her life like her father did. She also learned to open up her emotions a bit more - she's not exactly an open book, but she is more honest with herself how she feels, and in turn, is more honest in how she portrays emotions to other people.
She's clearly overcome a lot of her issues with being self-conscious and worried about how other people think of her or judge her. She wouldn't be a model if she still had quite so many issues with it, but she still draws some pretty strong lines. It seems to all stem from the idea that she is more comfortable with herself, her life, and her situation, which gives her a boost to confidence.
Her temper is certainly a force to be reckoned with, and remains as quick to flare as it always has been, but also just as quick to go away. It sometimes lands her in trouble as her anger will occasionally cause her to act first, lashing out, before she has a chance to think about what is going on or reel it in. Usually, however, she will be pretty quick to apologize to whomever was on the receiving end of that sudden burst, if she was out of line. If she wasn't, they can deal with it. The protagonist got an apology for being slapped; Ryoji did not for getting his foot stomped, but he deserved it.
Speaking of the protagonist, she feels like she owes some of who she became after the game to him, and in a lot of ways, he did help her on the route to becoming a better person. Because of that, and realizing the sacrifice he made, she tries to live every day to her fullest, and enjoy her life as much as possible, because to do otherwise would be to feed Erebus (the amalgamated despair of humanity that wishes for death), and add to the burden that her friend must bear, and there's really no reason to do that.
Also, she is still terrified of ghosts and horror-oriented... anything. She snaps at Junpei something fierce when he tries to bring up his horror-oriented "Junpei's Believe It or Don't" both in Persona 3 and when wandering around the tower in P4AU, because some things never change. It's worth mentioning it's always been an easy way to upset her.
Debt: After a bit of serious wheedling (and she is free to up the price of that debt because Yukari is such a goddamn hard sell), the witch finally got Yukari to sign her name away for one surprisingly simple thing: that she would be successful in spreading the word to the world to live every day to the fullest and enjoy your life.
She probably got promised it wouldn't be too long of a work period to pay off the debt - after all, Yukari is very busy.
Suitability: How she would react in a word? Angrily. Which is more or less par for the course with Yukari, but given everything that's happened to her, if she finds out - or more or less gets told outright she's been tricked, she will be angrier than a tiger with a hurt paw. It'll just be her more or less wanting to march right up to the witch and give her one round, solid talking-to. She's not that prone to real physical violence, but if her temper is allowed to flare that far, or it's provoked in such a way, she also wouldn't hesitate to lash out that way, either. Then again, Yukari seems to work on certain cycles: it would start with anger, and lots of it. The anger would probably never go away, and would probably make a resurgence when she starts to feel helpless because she's trapped. She might withdraw a bit - though she's far less prone to that after all the events of P3, so it would probably be a bit of actually coaching herself through any kind of soul-crushing despair rather than going full Stepford Smiler, and then she'd resolve to do something about the situation, only to probably get shot down and repeat until she grumpily accepts fate.
But that witch better just wait.
Previous Game Info: N/A!
Inventory: The Pink Argus sentai outfit she was wearing during the incident, which somehow includes the helmet due to what you see after the story, despite never really seeing her with it in-game. Her heart choker, because what is Yukari without that thing? Her specialized energy/combat bow she got from Mitsuru's maid. She has her cell phone on her even if it didn't work, and she did try to use her Evoker in the helicopter so I'm pretty sure she still has that on her, too.
Abilities, Strengths, and Weaknesses: She has a very strong magic ability, and an affinity toward wind-element magic and healing magic. She is also a pretty good shot with a bow. She typically comes with Gaurdyne (Single-target, high-end wind attack), Magarudyne (Multi-target, high-end wind attack; this seems to have been changed to Magarula in P4AU, likely because of Yosuke and that he has Garudyne as an attack. In P4AU Magarula is one part damaging area attack, and one part shield), Diarahan (single-target full HP restore), Mediarahan (full party HP restore), Samarecarm (Resurrection ability that can bring back one party member at full health), Me Patra/Charmdi (Status effect cures) and... Wind Break which isn't as bad as it sounds as it nullifies resistances to Wind element attacks. Her energy bow can be charged to increase its attack power when she has it, but that's only the bow itself, and has no bearing on any other bows; if she picked up a regular bow she wouldn't be able to magically use the energy arrows. She is pretty physically fit, and does her own stunts, apparently. Also, she can't use any of her magical abilities without the ability to summon her Persona, Isis. The bow she might still be able to use without the persona, but the magic definitely not. She has an uncanny ability to shoot people down that try to make advances toward her, too. Again, "Sniper".
Her strengths:
She has an extremely strong magic stat with a high magic pool and can hit hard from a distance; this is true of both P3 and P4AU (she plays like a ranged brawler in P4AU). Basically, she can use magic a lot, and use it to great effect, when she can use it at all.
She is more or less immune to wind elemental attacks, and her healing spells are really, really effective for damage that people do take.
She is a good shot with a bow and arrow; perhaps not preternaturally good (though the energy bow certainly helps some accuracy), but she's well-trained how to use it.
She has a natural charm and tends to be pretty popular no matter where she goes or what she does. Even with her snappy temper.
Weaknesses:
Her short temper and strong will occasionally makes her jump into things quickly without thinking about it, and sometimes lands her in trouble.
She can still be provoked if one learns of, and then brings up, the issues of her past. She keeps that under wraps though.
Lightning magic is her biggest elemental weakness. Zap her and she takes it really, really hard.
She has a low endurance stat and small health pool, so she tends to take big hits. Basically a squishy mage/healer.
She does not do well in close-range combat pretty much... at all. She's not really that strong, physically, even if she is physically fit, and is kind of short and light, so it's not too hard to toss her around if someone can catch her.
