Platonic Physical Contact: Go for it. She will be uncomfortable if she doesn't know the person, but hey, when is Yukari allowed to have nice things.
Romantic/Sexual Physical Contact: This might take some time before she won't slap the hell out of someone for trying, but go for it.
Violent Physical Contact: On the level of like fighting game shenanigans, sure. Not Mortal Kombat fighting game, you know what I mean.

IC Personal Boundaries/Warnings: She's still got kind of A Thing about being too close to people. It's not severe, but she might seem like she's still a little emotionally closed off to the idea, because she is.
